The Moon And I
I love to walk on a summer night
with the moon above shining bright
with me in a sullen melancholic plight.
The night would be drab
with you out of sight
but I must cast aside
nagging thoughts out of mind
So why must i ponder over yesterday's flight
when here is the moon hunting me with its light?

Then they invited me to attend their symposium in California which sadly i was not able to attend. They published this poem and from then on I was recognized all over the world. Thanks to Poetry.com!
